Thank you, everyone, for welcoming me to Hudson Middle School. I served in the US Army and NC National Guard as a medic before receiving degrees from Appalachian State and UNC Chapel Hill. I have been a teacher, coach, mentor, department chairperson, assistant principal and principal. I have been honored to serve as a NC Regional Teacher of the Year, and to achieve National Board Teaching Status.

Whatever your vision is for your child's success, either here at HMS or beyond,  we are here to help. We want to see our middle school students smiling because they are excited about the friendships and challenges they have here, and because they are excited about the ones that come next.
